Volunteers Needed April 12, 13 & 14 to Assemble Appreciation Care Packages for Military Spouses

Support Military Spouses invites members of the Grand Strand Community to donate their time to serve military spouses!

WHO:              Grand Strand Community

WHEN:           April 12, 13 & 14 9AM-3PM

WHERE:         1580 E Highway 9 Unit One Longs, SC 29568

(Across from Living Water Baptist Church on Highway 9)

WHY:              Amanda P, Military Spouse “I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for the {Care Package} yesterday. There are times when I feel like no one understands and then there are special things like this that make me grateful to have such a great support group.”

Each year thoughtfully assembled Military Spouse Care Packages are given to deserving military wives and husbands serving on the home front.  A New Testament is always included. Our mission is achieved through patriotic volunteers, committed partners, and programs that educate and show appreciation for the sacrifice, patriotism and selflessness of military spouses.

Support Military Spouses goal is to recognize and applaud the undaunted courage of military wives and husbands as they shoulder the responsibility of family life, care for wounded warriors, and honor the memory of our nation’s fallen heroes. Appreciation Care Packages for military spouses, the nation’s only program of its kind, is the flagship of Support Military Spouses.
